Leilani Quiray, CEO and Founder of BeTheChangeHR took a different route in 2020 during the pandemic.  She packed up her car and began traveling the country.  But being remote didn't slow her down.  She grew her business, added employees, and managed to have adventure after adventure hiking mountains and scaling rock faces along the way.
