To end 2019 and welcome in 2020, I decided to tell you some "Host Stories." These are my stories, a chance to get to know me, and some of my experiences. These stories are not a bare all but stories that I hope will bring a smile to your face, maybe even one you can relate too. In our busy lives, we can never forget we work to live, not live to work. Finding work/life balance, which we all talk about starts with you — your choice to make it happen, because, without your commitment, it will never be achieved. I hope you enjoy this episode and we'll see you at the Cafe in the new decade.

My guest today is no stranger to those struggles. In fact, it’s those struggles that have led him to a successful business and as important, to a passion of helping others.
Today at the Café I’m excited to have Dave Daley, Monster Motivator to discuss the lessons learned on his journey as a serial entrepreneur and the road that led him to his passion and motivation for the work he does today.
